The listing was on the website of the Milan-based construction company Urban Rigger Construction.
Riggers are construction companies that specialize in construction in the suburbs and have been a mainstay in the Italian city for many years.
The listing was made by an Italian company, Sino-Italian Architects.
The price was announced on March 12.
The property is located at the junction of Via Caffè Boccaccio and Via Coccaccia.
