I’m in Seattle, and the city is on fire.
The city’s economy is booming, but there are signs the boom is unsustainable.
I spoke to a local architect who is designing a new building for the city.
He’s planning to build a high-rise on the eastern edge of the city, in a prime commercial district.
And the building won’t be cheap.
“The cost is going to be much, much higher than you think,” he told me.
“You’re going to have to pay the city a lot of money to get a good building.
And if it’s a $1 million building, they’re not going to spend it on it.”
The architect’s company, A-List Architects, is designing the building, which is called the “Rugged,” and he’s hoping to raise $500,000 for the project.
I spent a lot more time talking with this architect than I did with the people that are building it.
I had this idea that we could design the city and I could have the best of both worlds.
I could be a developer, but at the same time, I could also be a homeowner.
As a homeowner, I’m paying $1,300 a month for the house I live in.
I’m also paying a mortgage, and I’m buying an apartment, and now I’m going to pay more rent.
That means I’m not going back to the suburbs and buying a house.
I want to be able to have an investment in the city that is not going away, and that’s the most important thing.
The building won the Architectural Digest’s top prize in the 2011 “Building the World” contest.
Its architect, Richard Lautens, won the first place award for the design.
This is one of the biggest, most iconic buildings that’s been built in Seattle.
The new building is going up on the northwest corner of the Westlake and Pike Place Market districts, between Second and Third avenues.
It’s a large, modern building.
It’s designed with the city in mind.
I’ve designed several large buildings in Seattle and they were always very expensive.
It was very, very expensive for the architect.
But now, I can design something that is affordable.
So, if you think about this building, it’s not going anywhere.
It just keeps growing.
I think it will be one of those buildings that will become a building of record, because it’s so large.
It will take the shape of a skyscraper and then you will be able walk to the front of the building and you will see the view of the world.
And you will also be able see the skyline from the street.
And it will really be a big piece of the skyline.
It’s also going to create jobs, which are a major focus of this project.
It is a huge piece of public space.
There’s going to not be a lot to do in this building.
You are going to see this street, you will go to the corner of Second and Pike and Third and Fourth avenues.
And then you’re going up to Third and Pike again, and then up to Fourth and Pike.
And as you go up to Sixth and Pike, it will start to get more crowded.
It’ll be the most crowded building.
The street will be crowded with people.
And I think that’s going, I think, to create a very interesting, very urban environment for this building to operate in.
So, this is one building that will really create a large number of jobs, as a city.
The other building that’s in the same location is called The City.
And they are two of the largest, most modern buildings in the world, and they’re both designed by Richard Lattner, who won the 2001 “Designer of the Year” award for his design of The City, a massive apartment building in New York City.
When we look at this building and we look across it, it is so huge, it looks like a big city.
It looks like we have a huge city.
We have a very large, central city.
But there is so much less space around it.
And so I think there is a lot that we can learn from this.
And when we look around, I see a lot in this area that I can take a lot from.
I see the same architecture.
I have the same architects.
I know the same materials, the same design philosophies.
But I think the city has been so successful, that we should take lessons from other cities, and look at what they have learned and take those lessons and apply them here.
That’s a great point.
And this is also a very important point for me.
I was working on a project that was a lot larger than I expected, and it was really a collaboration with a local community, but I think we have to take those experiences
