Construction projects have begun in Kirkwood, an affluent suburb north of Seattle, that will eventually house hotels and retail.
The buildings are part of a $200 million revitalization of a historic industrial complex that includes hotels and restaurants.
The development, called Kirkland Urban Construction, will create an array of high-end restaurants, bars and apartments.
The Kirkwood buildings, located near the University of Washington and the Seattle University Medical Center, are expected to open next year.
The project, which will also include apartments and retail, will include more than a dozen residential and commercial buildings with a combined average occupancy of roughly 8,000.
The project will also bring the total number of buildings in the area to more than 100,000, said Kim O’Malley, the project manager for Kirkwood Urban Construction.
“This is going to be a significant step forward for Kirkland,” she said.
“The construction process will be very labor intensive, but this is an opportunity to build something that people really want to live in and see,” said O’Sullivan.
“It will also provide a unique amenity for the area.”
Construction of the new buildings is expected to begin in 2019.
The city of Kirkland, which is located in the suburbs of Seattle and Redmond, plans to complete the project by 2021.
Construction of Kirkwood’s new buildings will include restaurants and bars and a large retail area, O’Leary said.
The planned restaurants and retail are expected in phases, with the first phase in 2021.
The first phase of the project is expected on the west side of the Kirkwood complex.
O’Kelly said the project will include a mixed-use development.
The building will include about 250 residential units and 200 commercial units.
O-Kelly said there will be about 6,000 square feet of retail space, which includes more than 50,000-square-feet of restaurants and bar space.
About 70 percent of the retail will be in retail space with about 6 percent of retail being in restaurant space.
O O’Kara, a project manager with the city of Seattle’s Department of Planning and Development, said the retail space will be more than 40 percent of that total retail space.
The new buildings, which are expected next year, will be part of an urban renewal project for the historic industrial area, which dates to 1900.
The industrial complex, which has been abandoned since the 1950s, includes a number of hotels and apartments, and is home to the Kirkland University Medical Centre.
The historic industrial site in Kirkman has been a popular tourist destination for generations, and was home to a number social clubs and schools.
O o’Leary is planning to bring the buildings back into use, which include bringing the restaurants and the stores to the area.
The Kirkland development will be one of the largest such projects in the United States, according to a recent survey by the nonprofit National Association of Realtors.
O rson is one of a handful of cities in the U.S. that has a project in progress, and O’Reilly said the number of projects like it is growing.
“There’s an increasing amount of interest in the region,” she told NBC News.
“We see this as a good opportunity to do some really big, really bold, big projects.
It’s not just a way to do something and get the money together.
It has a lot of merit in itself.”
