An Urban Construction project has been announced in Tucson, Arizona.
The Urban Construction Project is a joint effort between the Urban Development and Community Development departments.
The project is expected to help the city create more affordable housing for low-income families.
The new affordable housing will be located on the western side of the city near the intersection of I-20 and U.S. 290.
The project is funded through the city’s Housing Affordability and Livability (HAV) Fund, the city said.
The goal is to create a mixed-income development that will have the same quality of life as a family of four.
The new project will include: a new 1,200-square-foot duplex on the east side of downtown; an affordable unit that will be built next to a new grocery store on the west side of I
